David applies a wide range of manual techniques to find what works best for each individual; there is no standardised treatment, as care is tailored to the patient’s needs at that moment, on that day. He pairs hands-on work with education and tailored advice, helping patients not only improve but maintain that improvement long-term. He works with a broad variety of clients, from gym-goers and athletes to people managing everyday pain, or the physical effects of stress. David has a particular interest in pain science and the relationship between the nervous system, movement, and daily life.
